Hi! I’m a dog trainer, walker and manager of a doggy daycare. I am studying towards qualifying as a canine behaviourist currently. I want to try my hand at a variety of canine sports also, agility and scent detection in particular. I’ve researched a lot about the breed and am hoping to get a malinois in the future. I’d like to know if you think a puppy from you would be suited to working with me as a demo dog / walking dog / training companion! I love the malinois’ keenness and intelligence but the dog needs to be social. It will be around new people and dogs a lot of the time! I know this is mainly down to training and socialisation which I will provide a lot of, but various articles about malinois’ crazy bite drive and overly protective nature have concerned me slightly. I’d just like to know if that is your experience of the malinois that you breed? If you think I could be a good fit for one of your puppies please let me know!
